Contishop.eu is a B2B ecommerce solution for Continental tyre manufacturing company's promotional products, which we created for Continental Adria in cooperation with Spark promotions.

Authorized Continental retailers are assigned different groups. Members of these groups have different buying options available, depending on their geographic location, reseller type, products they offer, sales volume etc. Options are reflected in the selection of waht products are available for them to purchase, the price for those products, promo merchandise available for free etc. Customized group offers may include location-based prices, exclusive group prices, and special benefits. We have integrated a loyalty system, which enables authorized retailers to obtain limited or exclusive promotional products that are not otherwise available for sale.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
Loyalty program is based on a system where user is acquiring and redeeming points that can apply a discount at checkout total. For the contishop.eu, we have developed the loyalty program so that in addition to the points earned, the manufacturer can reward the most successful authorized resellers with special incentives and provide them with access to special promotional products and limited editions and award them “cash ballance”.
CUSTOM PRICING
In the ecommerce solution contishop.eu it is possible to set the price of an individual product or group of products according to the retailer’s type and geolocation. This way, the ecommerce manager provides all authorized retailers in the region with reasonable prices that reflect the purchasing power in each of the given markets.
CONDITIONAL LOGIC IMPLEMENTATION
In addition to the price, each product is also valued with additional numerical value. With the help of this special value, we determine how many credit points belong to the retailer when buying a product. Or similarly: how many points are needed to purchase this specific product. The basic prices of products vary depending on the type of authorized retailer (see custom pricing), its geographical location, and which products the retailer is authorized to offer in his shop. Because there are too many different combinations to monitor manually, we have integrated the shop with an automated system that appropriately evaluates products based on logical terms and conditions. Based on the automated in-depth evaluation, the products are offered only to those retailers that are meant to see them and/or purchase.
LIVE CHAT
Good customer relations are crucial for business success. We integrated a module for direct chat with customers. This way the ecommerce manager can quickly offer help to his customers and also enable a quick communications channel.
PERSONALIZED AUTOMATED E-MAILS
The ecommerce solution contishop.eu has an automated e-mailing system for sending fully personalized e-mails to customers. At certain events in the ecommerce, different groups of users receive a personalized e-mail intended only for them. With the help of pre-prepared templates, the ecommerce manager can choose which groups of users should receive the e-mail, and at which event should the e-mail be sent.
ADVANCED ANALYTICS
Analytics are a key part of any online business. We have integrated Contishop with advanced analytics, which enables an extended analysis of sales by geographical parameters, customer group, payment system, shipping method, coupon code, average purchase value, etc. The integration has been fully customized to meet the needs of the ecommerce owner. We added preset quick search filter to maximize the backend experience.
HIGHLIGHTS
CLEAN AND MINIMAL DESIGN
The ecommerce solution contishop.eu is intended for business users and B2B sales. When designing the ecommerce solution, we gave preference to transparent, clean and minimalist design as opposed to something flash and cluttered. Compared to classic ecommerce solutions, which primarily offer its products to end customers (note: B2C sales), we have reduced the amount of promotional banners and invitations to purchase (CTA) in this ecommerce solution to a minimum. Instead, we highlighted those elements that are part of the personalized offer for individual user groups.



ADMIN INTERFACE
This advanced ecommerce solution has a very intuitive and simple to use administrative interface, but this does not mean that it lacks any advanced power-user functionalities and business intelligence (BI). The administrative interface allows the ecommerce manager to quickly and easily manage all elements of the shop – even the most complex. When designing the administrative interface, we made sure that it was as neat as possible, easy to use and user-friendly. There are also short tips and hints for better use in all parts of the interface, which help the ecommerce manager with more complex tasks that he does not perform on a regular basis.
